Promote your community events or provide public service information. It’s easy – just follow the template and guidelines to create your powerpoint slide. Then e-mail the slide to msgboard@macmedia.org and we will transmit your message.
Where Can I See It?
The community bulletin board is available for the purpose of promoting community events, and providing public service information and can be viewed at:
Holland Comcast channels 24/916, 25/917, 26/918;
AT&T U-Verse 99, Holland Community TV, MacTV 24 & 26.
It can be seen between television programs throughout the day.

Give your announcement sound!
Come into the MacMedia studio and do a voice over to give your message extra punch!
Schedule a time and date to come into the MacMedia studio by calling 616-392-7832 at least four weeks in advance of your event date to allow time for production and at least two weeks of playback.
Powerpoint slides should be e-mailed or dropped off at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled studio time. This gives staff time to set up before your arrival, saving you time.
