700+ refurbished computers have been placed in the community!

 MacMedia has collected used computers to refurbish and upgrade for distribution since September of 2001.   Non-profit organizations, and their clients who have an economic need and no computer in their home, qualify to receive the computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse for a $60 cost share which helps to continue the CARE program.  

 Being a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher, MacMedia can provide a legal Windows 2000 operating system and Office 2003 Standard for each machine.   All donated computers have the hard drive wiped using the Microsoft and Department of Defense recommendations before any work is done on them. 

 MacMedia is a Michigan 501(c) charitable nonprofit and donations may be tax deductible.
